Shipping Your Order

At European Heritage, we take pride in offering a curated selection of porcelain tiles from top European manufacturers and trusted UK suppliers. We manage the logistics for all orders, ensuring a seamless delivery process for you. However, depending on your order, deliveries may arrive in multiple shipments.

Tiles up to 35x35cm and Mosaics

Small Orders

For smaller items, your order will typically be delivered via a parcel courier. We take extra care by packing your items with plenty of protection to help ensure everything arrives in perfect condition.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • You’ll receive a tracking number and a delivery date whenever possible.
  • If no one is available to accept the delivery, the package will be redirected to your nearest collection point.
  • Please make sure to provide accurate contact information to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Tiles Over 35x35cm or Exceeding 4m²

Large Orders

For larger orders, delivery will be handled by a trusted third-party logistics partner using a tail-lift vehicle, and items will be dropped off at the nearest accessible hardstanding area.

  • You’ll be notified of the delivery date in advance.

  • It’s essential to check that all items are present and in good condition upon delivery.

  • Please note, drivers are not insured to enter your property or assist with unloading pallets.

  • You will need labour to unpack and move your order into the property.

Reporting Damages within 48 Hours

To ensure timely resolution, please follow these steps if damages occur:

Upon Delivery:

  • Inspect the packaging and goods for visible damages.
  • Inform the driver immediately and request them to “report damages.”
  • Take photos of any visible damage and email them with your order number to fulham@europeanheritage.co.uk or your Sales Consultant.

After Delivery:

Photographic evidence is required for us to verify damages and file claims with the delivery service. Minor damages (1–2% of tiles) may be deemed acceptable as they are often usable for cuts and do not affect the installation. If you report damages within 48 hours, and the items are not usable, we will arrange replacements based on the reported issues.

While shipping costs are set by our suppliers and hauliers, we’re pleased to subsidise delivery charges for orders over £500.
